Synchronization Rules

IntelliSync allows you to define when the synchronization takes place. For instance, it can be by an interval of time or at a specific day and time of one or all days.

Synchronization Modes

By default, IntelliSync will copy all the files from the source to the target destination, adding the new files and updating those files that were modified and you can specify other options.

Import / Export Configurations

IntelliSync allows you to export the taks definition to a configuration file and import it later on. You can create as many configuration files as you need in the Pro version.

Unattended Interactive Scheduling

One you create tasks or import a configuration file, you start the monitoring service in the desktop application, minimize and let it run in the Windows tray.

Run as a Windows Service

If you are a Windows administrator, you can use any configuration file with the Intellisync Windows Service and run it under the Windows hood, unattended and without any user session opened.

Just download IntelliSync run the installation setup and your are up and ready to start working. Define the data you want to sync / backup and that’s it, it will do it for you as you defined. Also, Intellisync will notify you when a new version is available to download.

Intellisync in a Nutshell

Create unlimited synchronization / backup taks.
Configure each synchronization / backup task independently.
Synchronization / backup process information by user.
Schedule tasks to run by an interval of time. For instance, every 2 o 4 hours.
Schedule tasks to run by date and time. For instance, everyday at 1:00am or on Friday at 11:00pm.
Append mode. IntelliSync will copy all new created and modified files from the source to the destination. Files that are no longer in the source will be ketp in the destination. This is the default mode.
Force copy mode. IntelliSync will copy all the files from the source to the target all new files and existing files wil be copied no matter the modification date. Files that are no longer in the source will be ketp in the destination.
Force Sync. IntelliSoftware will copy all files from the source to the destination. All files that no longer exists in the source will be removed from the target. The process have the same result as the first synchronization.
